The City of Boulder Arts Commission (BAC) allows individuals, non-profit organizations and for-profit organizations in the cultural community to apply for funding through Grants Online, a Colorado-based Internet service.

New to the site and applying for a grant? Click on the “Sign Up” tab. Note: For non-profit organizations and for profit cultural organizations, we recommend that the person with primary responsibility for submitting and managing grants is the person to initiate your account.

Need help with the application tool? Click on the “Help” or "Video Help" tabs above. Applicants are encouraged to attend BAC meetings to observe the grant review process.

Meetings generally take place on the third Wednesday of the month beginning at 6 p.m. in the Canyon Meeting Room at the Boulder Public Library. Please see the calendar below for meetings where funding decisions are made by the Arts Commission.

NOTICE: All of the guidelines or procedures outlined on this site function in service to the City of Boulder Arts Grant Program Ordinance (City of Boulder Revised Code, Chapter 14-1, Ordinances 4954 [1985] and 5541 [1993]). No guideline or procedure shall supersede the directive provided in the Arts Grant Program Ordinance.
